Position Summary
The Human Resources internis in charge of support administrative tasks in the Human Resources Department.
General Tasks
- Work to achieve and aim to exceed agreed personal and team targets objectives and service levels
- Maintain the database and reports in a timely and accurate manner
- System database maintenance
- Pre-screening candidates
- Organization of information for audit purposes
- Participation in team initiatives for engagement and activities
- Perform other administrative tasks according to the department needs
Qualifications :
Technical degree in executive for service centers or advanced student in Human Resources Psychology or equivalent career
English proficiency C1 (90%)
Experience in multinational environment is a plus
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
MS Office proficiency
Excellent interpersonal and relations building skills active and positive approach towards people
Organized structured and self-motivated
Needs to have initiative and be highly creative
Great communication skills
Detail oriented
Customer and detail oriented
