Job description
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer / Consultant to join our clients team to design develop and implement an AI agentto support clients products leveraging existing enterprise knowledge stored in Confluence with a strong focus on reliability security and enterprisegrade integration.
Our client specializes in innovative software solutions for public safety transport air traffic maritime and defense sectors with a focus on incident and crisis management in global settings. Our projects are technically and organizationally challenging and require a high level of expertise.

Your responsibility and expected outcome (3Month Assignment):
Clear AI agent architecturealigned with NIS needs
Working proofofconcept / MVP
Integration with Confluencebased knowledge
Documentation and handover to internal teams
Job requirements
What we expect from you:
Technical skills:
Strong experience in AI/ML engineering with handson delivery of LLMbased solutions
Proven experience designing and implementing AI agents(e.g. multistep reasoning tool use retrievalaugmented generation)
Solid Pythonskills (productionquality code)
Experience with RAG architectures especially:
Document ingestion
Chunking & embeddings
Vector databases
Retrieval optimization
Practical experience integrating enterprise knowledge sources ideally:
Confluence
Wikis / documentation portals / internal knowledge bases
Experience working with APIsand backend services
Understanding of cloudnative architectures(Azure AWS or equivalent)
Other expectations:
Experience delivering solutions in enterprise or regulated environments
Awareness of:
Data privacy
Access control
Securitybydesign
Ability to design maintainable auditable and scalable solutions
Strong communication skills(can translate business needs into technical solutions)
Able to work independently as a senior consultant
Experience collaborating with product owners architects and engineering teams
Nice to have:
Experience with agent frameworks(e.g. LangChain Semantic Kernel AutoGen or similar)
Experience with toolcalling agentsand workflow orchestration
Knowledge of evaluation and monitoring of LLM systems
Experience improving:
Hallucination control
Response reliability
Grounding on trusted sources
Experience with enterprise search semantic search or knowledge graphs
Familiarity with Confluence APIsor similar documentation systems
Experience handling large evolving document sets
Experience in safetycritical industrial aviation or missioncritical systems(highly appreciated)
Experience working with B2B productsrather than consumer AI only
