Resonetics has continued with advanced development of laser processing to solve the most complex manufacturing challenges while also expanding into additional capabilities to vertically integrate and provide our customers with better manufacturing solutions.
Primarily responsible for assisting Application Development Engineers and Senior Application Development Technicians in demonstrating process feasibility and meeting quality specifications on Lightspeed ADL projects. Assist in transitioning Lightspeed ADL projects to production through the PReP process in a small team and collaborative environment.
This is a second shift position working Monday - Thursday 11:30 am -10:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment set up part production troubleshooting and maintenance of LSL workstations.
- Setup and operate photo etch Circuit Fabrication LSL equipment and measurement equipment (etchers developers strippers exposers)
- Utilize the process control charts understand and chart them correctly.
- Be responsible for maintaining chemicals to the spec limits
- Run multiple pieces of wet processing machines at a time without interruption to product flow
- Help write and maintain Work instructions and Job Breakdowns
- Enhance and enforce department policies and procedures as well as Work instructions and Job Breakdowns
- Perform all of the photoetch and LSL Labs processes including coating exposing developing sputtering etching plating stripping measurement cleaning laminating and backend processes like electrical testing inspection forming and detab
- Provide support to LSL measurement equipment
- Analyze and interpret test data document and summarize activity on LSL projects
Required Qualifications
- Have a clear understanding of troubleshooting techniques safety and processing procedures.
- Ability to Interpret Truechem and make appropriate chemical adds to machines
- Ability to read and comprehend existing documentation.
- Ability to identify process product and equipment trends through the use of existing reports communication boards and databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 year related technical degree with 2 years experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in the operation and setup of complex test or mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge and understanding of PhotoEtch Circuit Fabrication equipment and tooling
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and tooling
- Ability to be self-directed and motivated
Physical Demands
- Standing and walking for short periods of time.
- Ability to use a microscope including manipulating small object under a microscope
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
Compensation
The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $22.00-$36.00. Our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
