Pioneer Ford Sales is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person to join our Parts Department. This role is ideal for an automotive parts specialist with customer service and parts sales experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced Ford dealership environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians with parts sales inventory and special orders while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:
Manage the parts sales process from initial request through order completion
Assist retail and internal customers with parts selection and availability
Work closely with the Parts Manager to locate parts not currently in stock
Process and track special-order parts for customers and technicians
Communicate order status and updates to customers and dealership staff
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Comply with federal state and local regulations related to automotive parts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or parts counter role preferred
Prior Ford dealership experience a plus
General knowledge of automotive systems and parts
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills; experience with dealership software preferred
Strong math reading and organizational skills
Ability to learn new technology repair procedures and parts systems
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dealership service or parts department preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional appearance strong work ethic and attention to detail
