We are looking for a Customer Engagement Learning Manager US who is strategic collaborative and proactive to join us in our US Learning team based in our US office in Atlanta GA.
About the role
The Customer Engagement Learning Manager plays a key role in building capabilities across the US commercial organization. You will design develop and deliver leadership development programs manage major learning initiatives partner with stakeholders coordinate crossfunctional planning and support the execution of the Customer Engagement Framework. The role blends facilitation project management content creation and vendor management to enhance leadership skills across the US region.
Who youll work with
You will work closely with commercial leaders crossfunctional partners subject matter experts and external vendors. As part of the Patient Impact and Patient Evidence Learning Organization you will collaborate across US growth markets to shape and execute learning strategies aligned to organizational priorities. This role partners with the Lead Leadership Development US and works in a highly matrixed agile environment.
What youll do
Lead planning and execution of learning projects aligned to engagement strategy
Manage project timelines resources budgets and crossfunctional coordination
Build strong relationships to translate stakeholder needs into learning solutions
Design and deliver impactful leadership development content and programs
Source evaluate and manage external vendors supporting learning delivery
Facilitate engaging leadership workshops and support continuous program improvement

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is$108000 to $141800per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors.
