Título: Mid-Level Software Engineer - Indaiatuba/SP- 118019
As a Software Engineer at John Deere in Indaiatuba/SP in our Labor Relations Solutions team you will have the opportunity to work across global applications within the IT LR product portfolio. You will sustain and enhance a diverse set of applications own processes and servers serve as a senior technical reference for the team implement global solutions while supporting local business needs and coach other team members on technical topics.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager Delivery Lead Product Manager and Software Engineers to develop complex solutions that meet business requirements;
- Lead mentor and support the growth of a diverse team fostering learning collaboration and technical excellence;
- Manage multiple products initiatives and projects simultaneously adapting to changing priorities and requirements;
- Follow industrystandard agile software design methodologies for development and documentation;
- Support your colleagues and team members by working collaboratively and sharing knowledge through pairprogramming and code review sessions.
What You Need
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent fields;
- Advanced English (broad vocabulary strong grammar able to lead meetings argue negotiate and conduct training sessions);
- Experience as a Software Engineer demonstrating a proven track record in the field;
- Solid experience working with Java and Python development;
- Strong experience working with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or similar technologies;
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred);
- Experience managing and querying databases (SQL syntax; SQL Server Oracle DB MySQL and/or PostgreSQL).
- Experience operating within high-performing Agile teams;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model 3 times a week in Indaiatuba/SP.

- Experience working with Data Lake DevOps and/or CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience integrating systems and designing and coding APIs;
- Experience with modern JavaScript libraries ( Angular Bootstrap etc.);
- Experience with automation and data analytics;
- Experience with automated tests complex pipelines and best programming practices.
