Job Summary
SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES JAKARTA
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation service and hygiene in their respective Kitchens according to the standards required by the management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Due to work pass restrictions only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Diploma Holder orHigher in Food and Beverage production
- Minimum 02 (two) years of solid/full time work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury property brand or reputable restaurant
- Extensive all day dining experience bistro or casual restaurant with high standard of food safety
- Demonstrate strong initiatives good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Good personality to interact with both guests and colleagues
- Self starter by demonstratingcreativity flexibility and innovation
- Excellent knowledge of food safety procedures
- Good computer skills and administration
