ELITE Business Data Analyst
The resource - within the Strategy and Business Development division - will support data-driven activities and strategic initiatives by gathering organizing and analysing information from complex datasets to extract actionable insights in order to enhance business performance and decision-making both for internal scope (i.e. analysis reporting new members onboarding ) and for business development insights (i.e. clients needs mapping data strategy evolution data-driven upselling/cross selling opportunities).
The Business Data Analyst will work in coordination with the other ELITEs business divisions including product sales and marketing to continuously enhance and foster a data driven approach across all ELITEs functions.
Activities will involve data operations and manipulation tasks including cleaning and integration. The resource will use tools such as Excel and query languages to transform and enrich data through data mapping techniques and tools such as Power BI to analyse and visualize data and insights.
