A unique opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role that strengthens how Corporate Services partners with its clientsenhancing trust improving service experiences and ensuring our services are responsive transparent and fit for purpose across a diverse and dynamic operating environment.
As a Client Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client experience across DPHI. Youll lead account management and engagement activities partner with senior stakeholders and drive service improvements that make a measurable impact. This role is central to fostering strong service relationships resolving service issues and embedding a culture that puts clients at the centre of everything we do.
