Job Summary
Our client is seeking a hands-on GIS Analyst to manage and optimize ArcGIS environments while supporting site evaluation for utility-scale energy and infrastructure projects. This role blends geospatial administration spatial analysis and land data management to inform strategic site development decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain ArcGIS and related geospatial datasets
- Perform site screening and constraint-based spatial analysis
- Integrate environmental engineering land use and market data into project evaluations
- Build and maintain spatial datasets supporting ongoing development efforts
- Review lease documentation and accurately align parcels with land records
- Produce clear executive-ready maps and analytical deliverables
Qualifications
- Strong experience administering and optimizing ArcGIS environments
- Deep understanding of geospatial data structures and data integrity best practices
- Experience conducting site selection and spatial constraint analysis
- Ability to interpret lease documentation and reconcile parcel data
- Renewable energy infrastructure or land development experience preferred
- Strong analytical and visualization skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple datasets simultaneously
