UP $20000 SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE

Monday- Friday 4 or 5 day work week options.

Our outpatient Physical Therapists work with advanced equipment experienced clinicians and strong interdisciplinary support to deliver exceptional care.

About the Job

Provides physical therapy services to outpatients and/or inpatients of all agesfrom adolescents to adults and geriatricswith occasional developmentally based exceptions depending on clinical need.

What Youll Do

Evaluate patients using subjective data objective measures clinical assessment prognosis and functionbased goals establishing effective and individualized treatment plans.
Implement and modify patientspecific treatment programs to support functional progress and longterm outcomes.
Develop and deliver patient and family education adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and understanding.
Document all clinical findings plans and progress in the electronic medical record in a timely and accurate manner.
Complete all required insurance and thirdparty payer information.
Provide clinical supervision to new staff members and/or affiliating students as assigned.
Collaborate with physicians care teams and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.
Maintain clinical competency and utilize equipment and techniques appropriate to training and experience.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and support a safe and positive patient experience.

Who You Are

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current (or pending) New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
CPR Certification.
Experience in outpatient PT preferred (12 years).
- Graston Technique
- Lymphedema Certification
- Dry Needling
Strong timemanagement communication and documentation skills.
Ability to provide safe patient handling and demonstrate appropriate physical and clinical judgment.

Monday Wednesday and Friday 7:00-3:30 & Tuesday and Thursday 11:00-7:30
