What Youll Do
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality evidence-based physical therapy services
Improve residents mobility balance strength and overall independence
Supervise PTAs as appropriate
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional outcomes
Build strong relationships with residents and families
Contribute to a positive team-driven therapy culture
Maintain accurate compliant documentation

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin
Passion for working with the senior population
Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
