Day to day:
- As a Data Analyst you are responsible for acting as a Data Steward for the main risk application of DLL The Integral Client View System (ICV) helping us identifying key improvement points such data lineage data improvements and solving data quality issues.
- Responsible for the understanding data lineage at ICV system and its content level.
- Responsible for improving the data content and data quality throughout the entire chain.
- Together with the team of development and stakeholders you will present what inputs are necessary for a better governance of the Integral Client View System (ICV) data and what controls can be implemented together with the business and stakeholders.
- Work closely with different departments in different countries to question improvements.
- You will also work closely with IT to provide insides on the Integral Client View System (ICV).
- Next step is to test the quality of the data. If necessary you will initiate actions together with responsible teams to improve the data quality.
- If the necessary data is available and of good quality you are responsible for transforming the data into controls that fit our daily process.
- Together with the ICV team you are responsible for the data lineage of the application ensuring that there is proper governance around what our business is consuming every day.
- You will report to the manager Data Analytics.

Essentials:
- A Bachelor or Masters degree in a data- or IT-related field.
- 3-5 Years of professional experience working in a similar role.
- Understanding data is a true passion of yours.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in executing quantitative analyses using SQL and proven ability to work with MS Excel are a must.
- You have a good eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated affinity in dealing with IT and non-IT people.
- You are a self-starter and able to work in an organization with a complex system and data landscape.
- Strong analytical skills.
Extras:
- Knowledge and experience with the application of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Knowledge and experience with Data Lineage.
- Knowledge and experience with Power Design.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Azure technology.
- Prior experience working in the Finance industry / credit risk domain and knowledge of relevant regulation.
- Preference to work in a dynamic international environment.
