This role sits within the Digital Transformation function of People & Organization department at Flix. You will play a critical role in delivering complex global HR technology projects ensuring on-time delivery effective management and measurable impact of HR service & operating model. You will also drive major end-to-end system and vendor transitions & solution designs ensuring HR technology landscape remains scalable compliant and future-ready.
This is a 1-year fixed-term role based in Gurugram (hybrid model) our India hub covering a global scope.
About the Role
- Technical Program Delivery: Lead delivery of high-impact global HR Tech projects with multiple workstreams (scope plan RAID benefits budgets vendors) using Jira
- Process Analysis & Solution Design: Strong understanding of HR process & system landscape analysis to identify inefficiencies and design scalable to-be HR processes
- Tech Evaluation & Adoption: Scout emerging HR technology solutions create data-driven business cases to showcase benefits realization and partner with internal Tech teams to design solutions that meet global business needs while balancing local process deviations
- Vendor Transitions: Drive large-scale vendor transitions and implement projects like document management system Workday module implementations AI & automation tools etc.
- Project Structure & Reporting: Build agile project structure by maintaining complex Jira project plans on Jira BPMN process flows test plans sign-off and hyper care readiness change and impact-risk management frameworks
- Governance: Embed processes in HR service delivery model run project governance & stakeholder bodies set internal control points & risk frameworks compliance and data privacy frameworks as per internal and external regulatory standards
About You
- 7 years of technical project management or solution architect roles in a top-tier consulting firm or in-house PMO; any experience working with global teams across Europe/US would be a big plus
- Mandatory experience driving global HR Tech initiatives especially global deployments and system integration projects on Workday (not comparable HCM systems) like HRIS architecture redesigns
- Proven experience in solution architecture design especially in HR cloud technologies middleware solutions and integrations (e.g. API SFTP etc.) would be preferred
- Hands-on experience managing Jira portfolios Confluence documentation BPMN process modelling and analysis and working with technology & system landscapes solution design and agile stage-gate delivery
- Project management or process certifications (PMP Scrum SAFe Six Sigma etc.) is a must-have
- University degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management Information Systems or any technical program (Masters preferred).
- Prior experience to vendor-heavy ecosystems and complex global-local solution designs
