Summary: Casual opportunity for an emerging producer to work with us on an upcoming project in partnership with the City of Greater Bendigo.

Salary range: HEO 3 / Casual rate as per LTU Enterprise Agreement 2023 plus super
Funded by City of Greater Bendigo the entry-level Production Officer will play an important role in the development production and delivery of the fourth iteration of LAIs 2026 Stepping Out program delivered in partnership with the City of Greater Bendigo and Emporium Creative Hub.
Stepping Out is a free full-day professional development event designed for emerging visual artists who are seeking to navigate the art world establish a sustainable practice and build visibility for their work. Through panels workshops and networking opportunities with artists and industry professionals the program shines a light on the visual arts ecosystem in regional Victoria and beyond. This role offers hands-on experience in program planning and execution within a collaborative arts environment contributing meaningfully to LAIs mission of strengthening the creative and cultural fabric of our region.
