About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Privacy Law Intern to support the Privacy team on privacy legal issues within CrowdStrikes global operations and cross-functional initiatives supporting global privacy compliance.

Location: This internship will be hybrid based out of our Sunnyvale CA office

What Youll Do:

• Drafting and revising privacy forms templates notices and process documentation used in CrowdStrikes internal operations.

• Reviewing and analyzing existing privacy documentation conducting gap analyses and assisting with updates as privacy laws and internal practices evolve.

• Supporting the development of internal privacy training and guidance for business teams which includes becoming familiar with applicable global privacy and AI legal frameworks to inform content and educational materials.

What Youll Need:

• Pursuing a Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited law school having completed two years

• Strong legal research and writing skills with the ability to apply legal concepts to practical business contexts.

• Ability to approach legal issues with curiosity and creativity to develop workable business-focused solutions.

• Must be a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective team player with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to meet project deadlines.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with using AI-powered tools to improve research drafting or workflow efficiency.

• Knowledge of GDPR CCPA/CPRA and global privacy principles.
