Youll be the energy in the room leading hands-on workshops and equipping job seekers with the confidence skills and mindset to thrive in todays workforce. From delivering high-impact career coaching to teaching real-world in-demand skills across booming industries you wont just change résumésyoull change lives.

The Awesome Things Youll Do

Provide individual and group workshops (hybrid workshops) around job readiness; includes instruction in resume writing interviewing communication skills basic professionalism etc.
Facilitate daily high-qualitydigital literacyto participants which positively develops their self-confidence and builds digital skills
Utilize effective teaching strategies that provide opportunities for participant learning and active engagement in the learning process.
Ensures that workshop materials support acquisition of basic computer skills utilizing diverse technology platforms including computers tablets and various online platforms. Workshop must cover introductory use of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point) Windows Google Apps internet and email.
Incorporates a variety of technologies into instruction including technology use in work settings such as tablet cellphone/ telephone applications (e.g. voicemail texting camera video) and digital platforms such as Zoom TEAMs Skype
Ability to create online lessons plans for a variety of Job Readiness Subjects
Teaches various employability skills computersoftwareand job readiness to participants in the program. Facilitates their engagement through the use of strong motivational strategies methodologies and techniques provided by the program.
Introduces program expectations assessment process program flow and retention skills
Maintains all necessary records of classroom activities.
Assists participants in career preparation by identifying career and vocational opportunities to build a realistic employability plan to achieve employment.
Provides occupational skills instruction in a variety of areas including but not limited to CPR OSHA Janitorial construction human services and hospitality etc.

Our Must Haves

High School Diploma and up to one year of related experience
Bilingual preferred
Strong motivationandpresentation skills
Familiar with LMI and workforce trends
Knowledge of labor market industries and employer hiring practices.
Familiar with online meeting platforms
Microsoft Suite experience required
Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
