Job Summary

Were looking for a Brand & Campaigns Lead to own how Ambi shows up across campaigns content and launches.

This role is responsible for translating Ambis brand vision into clear compelling marketing moments from product launches to seasonal activations ensuring everything feels intentional cohesive and unmistakably Ambi.

Youll sit at the intersection of brand creative product and performance owning campaign planning narrative development and cross-functional alignment.

This is a hands-on lead role for someone who can think strategically execute with precision and hold a high creative and brand bar.

Youll work closely with the Head of Marketing Creative Product and Merchandising teams but you are the day-to-day owner of Ambis brand expression and campaigns. At the same time this role requires strong ownership of campaign planning cross-functional coordination and ensuring alignment across creative product and performance teams.

What Youll Do

Brand & Campaign Ownership

  • Own Ambis campaign strategy and execution across the year
  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of key launches and brand moments
  • Shape and evolve Ambis brand storytelling narrative frameworks and tone of voice
  • Translate brand direction into clear campaign ideas messaging and execution plans
  • Ensure every campaign ladders up to long-term brand equity not just short-term activity

Creative Direction & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Creative Design Photography and Video teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Provide clear thoughtful direction and feedback on concepts visuals and messaging
  • Ensure creative output is consistent elevated and aligned with Ambis aesthetic and values
  • Act as a brand guardian protecting coherence across assets channels and moments

Cross-Functional Campaign Ownership

  • Work with Product and Merchandising to shape launch narratives and priorities
  • Align with Performance and CRM teams so campaigns translate effectively across paid lifecycle and on-site touchpoints
  • Own campaign timelines workflows and coordination across teams
  • Anticipate gaps risks or misalignment early and course-correct proactively

Brand Consistency & Quality Control

  • Ensure Ambis brand language visuals and storytelling are consistent across web social email and paid media
  • Review and refine campaign assets and messaging before launch
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as Ambi grows
  • Uphold a high bar for taste clarity and execution at all touchpoints

Who You Are

  • 35 years experience in brand marketing or campaign roles
  • Experience working on digital-first or consumer brands (fashion beauty lifestyle preferred)
  • Strong taste aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail
  • Comfortable partnering closely with creative teams and giving clear constructive feedback
  • Organised proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Curious about product rituals and how storytelling shapes brand perception
  • Comfortable owning timelines campaigns and cross-functional coordination
  • An interest in piercings design or culture-led brands is a plus
