Gestionnaire de Services de Sûreté JLL

Ce quimplique ce poste :

Ce poste implique la gestion des opérations de services de sûreté sur trois sites clients à Montréal Dorval et Candiac. Vous superviserez les sous-traitants de sécurité la gestion des systèmes (caméras de surveillance contrôle daccès zones contrôlées gestion des clés et supervision des systèmes de sécurité incendie) tout en assurant une prestation de service exceptionnelle et en contribuant aux objectifs dexpansion des affaires et dexcellence opérationnelle de JLL.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

• Gérer et superviser les sous-traitants de sécurité sur trois sites clients

• Effectuer des inspections régulières de qualité et assurer des standards de service exceptionnels

• Fournir une formation continue au personnel de sécurité et évaluer les besoins de formation

• Surveiller la complétion des tournées et vérifications de sécurité en assurant une documentation adéquate

• Communiquer les priorités échéanciers et problèmes de service aux clients gestionnaires et collègues

• Gérer les dépenses dexploitation selon les budgets convenus et identifier les opportunités defficacité

• Assurer la conformité aux règlements de Santé et Sécurité et aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF)

Qualifications requises :

• Expérience avérée en gestion de services de sûreté et supervision de sous-traitants

• Solide connaissance des systèmes de surveillance contrôle daccès et systèmes de sécurité incendie

• Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs sites et assurer les standards de qualité de service

• Expérience en gestion budgétaire et contrôle des coûts en environnements opérationnels

• Connaissance des règlements de Santé et Sécurité et des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF)

• Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des relations avec les clients et équipes

• Maîtrise bilingue (français et anglais) pour les exigences du marché montréalais

Qualifications préférées :

• Certification professionnelle en gestion de sécurité ou accréditations connexes

• Expérience dans des environnements pharmaceutiques ou de fabrication réglementés

• Antécédents en développement de systèmes de maintenance préventive

• Expérience en gestion de projets dans la gestion dinstallations

• Expérience avec les modèles de prestation de services intégrés de gestion dinstallations

Security Services Manager JLL

What this job involves:

This role involves managing security services operations across three client sites in Montreal Dorval and Candiac. You will oversee security contractors systems management (surveillance cameras access control controlled zones key management and fire safety systems supervision) and ensure exceptional service delivery while contributing to JLLs business expansion objectives and operational excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Manage and supervise security contractors across three client locations

• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure exceptional service delivery standards

• Provide ongoing training to security personnel and assess training needs

• Monitor completion of security rounds and verifications ensuring proper documentation

• Communicate priorities timelines and service issues to clients managers and colleagues

• Manage operational expenses within agreed budgets and identify efficiency opportunities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in security services management and contractor supervision

• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems access control and fire safety systems

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and ensure service quality standards

• Experience with budget management and cost control in operational environments

• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients and teams

• Bilingual proficiency (French and English) for Montreal market requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional security management certification or related credentials

• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments

• Background in preventive maintenance system development

• Project management experience in facility management

• Experience working with integrated facility management service delivery models
