Role Overview
The Channel Sales Support Specialist is a pivotal force behind the Channel Partner Sales team driving the operational rhythm that keeps partners engaged and deals moving this role youll own and optimize the end-to-end sales processensuring every channel opportunity is properly qualified every quote is accurate and every step is executed seamlessly from first lead to final order completion.
What Youll Do:
Engage with channel partners to review and qualify incoming leads and opportunities.
Assess opportunity fit based on defined criteria (e.g. segment size solution scope readiness).
Work closely with channel partner managers to ensure qualified opportunities are effectively followed up on.
Prepare and issue quotations including applying approved partner discounts and pricing.
Maintain pricing and deal documentation accuracy and consistency.
Enter update and maintain partner opportunities throughout the sales cycle. (Salesforce).
Track progress and proactively follow up with both internal teams and partners to move deals forward.
Generate reports and dashboards to support channel sales visibility and forecasting.
Oversee the end-to-end order entry process for partner deals ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Liaise with finance operations and fulfilment teams to ensure timely processing and delivery.
Maintain detailed records of partner transactions and agreements.
What Youll Bring:
Proven experience in channel sales support sales operations or account management preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (or equivalent) and strong attention to data accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales finance and operations teams.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or financial technology solutions.
