Location- Rochester NY
The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography scans in both acute care and outpatient settings. This role supports a Stroke Center environment and participates in interventional CT procedures. The technologist must demonstrate strong clinical skills technical proficiency and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
4x10-hour shifts
TuesdayFriday
7:00 AM 5:30 PM
Must be willing to take call two weekends per month
If a holiday falls on a scheduled workday traveler is expected to work

Interventional CT procedures
Adult acute care and outpatient population
First-time travelers accepted
Minimum 1 year of CT experience
Experience in adult acute care
Experience in outpatient imaging
EPIC experience required
Experience with Philips CT equipment
Experience with interventional procedures including drains and biopsies
ARRT (R)
BLS
Active state license (must be in hand; pending license not accepted)
Philips CT scanners
Medrad contrast injector
PACS
Experience with Siemens and Toshiba systems preferred
Abdomen (with/without contrast)
Pelvis (with/without contrast)
Chest (with/without contrast)
Head (with/without contrast)
Cervical Thoracic Lumbar imaging
Musculoskeletal trauma
Preparation and administration of contrast media
Starting peripheral IVs
Isolation precautions and PPE compliance
