Location: 1600 American Way Portland MI 48875
Hours: MondayFriday 7AM-5:30PM EST
Earn: $55000$85000 per year

What Youll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Write repair orders & present recommended services clearly
- Manage scheduling workflow and daily shop operations
- Source parts maintain inventory & ensure accurate invoicing
- Support sales execution & store performance goals
- Communicate consistently with customers & technicians
What You Bring
- 13 years of automotive service writing experience
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to manage workflow multitask & stay organized
- Knowledge of automotive repair fundamentals
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools & shop management software
- A proactive problem-solving mindset
