University Home Care Inc is seeking a Skilled Homecare Administrator to join our team in Livonia MI. This role plays a vital part in coordinating and managing homecare services to ensure clients receive high-quality and compassionate care. The ideal candidate will be organized detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients caregivers and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of skilled homecare services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client care plans schedules and service documentation.
- Communicate regularly with clients families and caregivers to address concerns and update care plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing workflow to optimize client care.
- Support billing and payroll processes related to homecare services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in homecare administration or a related healthcare support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in homecare.
- Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
