Details:

Help Desk Technician you will be the first point of contact for our employees seeking technical assistance. You will play a crucial role in managing our ticket system troubleshooting PC issues and ensuring the seamless deployment of PCs and software. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ticket System Management:Monitor and manage the help desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • PC Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues on Windows 11 PCs.
  • Onsite Support:Provide onsite technical support to employees ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
  • Windows 11 Support:Assist with the installation configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 11 operating systems.
  • Microsoft Azure:Support basic tasks related to Microsoft Azure including user management and access control.
  • Software Troubleshooting:Perform first line troubleshooting for various software applications used within the company.
  • PC Deployment:Assist with the deployment and setup of new PCs ensuring they are ready for use by employees.

Details:

  • Associate degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
  • 1-2 years in an IT support role a plus
  • Have to have completed network security and helpdesk courses
  • Basic understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences;
  • Ability to work in team environment and under minimal supervision;
  • Ability to be self-directed detailed oriented and work effectively under pressure in a diverse environment.

Hourly pay rate: $25-$30/hr DOE
