Description

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Design lead and implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction across business processes.
Apply Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
Train and develop employees in continuous improvement methodologies.
Performs process audits and operational gap analyses.
Collaborate with key areas (production logistics finance quality etc.) to ensure cross-functional improvement.
Coordinates cross functional teams through Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and Kaizen/Kaikaku
Ability to develop standard work and create tiered Gemba process

For This Role You Will Need:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Administration or related field.
5 years of confirmed experience in a related role with some combination of experience in key functional roles: Continuous improvement Operations Operational excellence.
Good knowledge in core OPEX tools VSA Line balancing Heijunka Jidoka 3P and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making.
Experience in manufacturing environments.
Experience in cultural transformations.
Ability to work in cross functional teams.
Good communication skills bilingual in English and Spanish: Proficient in both written and spoken languages.
Lean Six Sigma Kaizen TPM 5S etc. methodologies.
Process analysis value stream mapping (VSM) operational indicators.
Data analysis tools (advanced Excel Power BI Minitab etc.).
Analytical thinking and results oriented.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Masters degree in administration Quality or related fields is desirable.
Experience in Lean/Six Sigma projects (preferably with Green Belt certification).
Project management (PMP certification or similar)
