DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design lead and implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction across business processes.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
- Train and develop employees in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Performs process audits and operational gap analyses.
- Collaborate with key areas (production logistics finance quality etc.) to ensure cross-functional improvement.
- Coordinates cross functional teams through Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and Kaizen/Kaikaku
- Ability to develop standard work and create tiered Gemba process

- Masters degree in administration Quality or related fields is desirable.
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma projects (preferably with Green Belt certification).
- Project management (PMP certification or similar)
