Job Summary
Bloom is a full-service workplace design consultancy representing Craft Public Relations on their search for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. As Talent Advisors we will be the liaison between our Craft Public Relations and yourself during this recruitment process. We do not use fancy tech to search through resumes at Bloom; every resume is reviewed by a human to ensure that we attain a consistent and equitable interview process. Craft is Hiring
At Craft the Senior Account Manager position falls between the Account Manager and Director. The role expects that youll manage accounts including providing strategic oversight and leading hands-on execution under the guidance of a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
The Opportunity
- Leading paid influencer campaigns including working with a member of the Senior Leadership Team to develop strategies identify relevant partners and oversee execution.
- Developing and leading projects and programs designed to drive coverage and conversation from media and influencers.
- Keeping tabs on the details - time and money! - through the management of workback schedules status reports and budget trackers.
- Developing written materials including press releases media advisories project plans event overview documents and program wrap reports.
- Working collaboratively as part of project teams to deliver top quality work.

The Process

Interviewing at Craft Public Relations Includes:
- Phone screen with a Talent Advisor from Bloom
- Virtual interview with Laura Brown Vice President and Julia Gonyea Account Executive(60 mins)
- Complete our Craft Assignment
- In-person interview* with Melissa Retty Managing Director and Ali Azzopardi Senior Vice President (45 mins) meet and greet with Lisa Pasquin President (15 mins)

Total Compensation Perks Include
- Senior Account Manager Salary Range:$80000 - $100000

Location
- Craft offers a hybrid work-from-home and in-office model. All employees work from Crafts office at 507 King Street East on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

$80000 - $100000 a year

From there as you learn more about the role and the full compensation package we always welcome you to share if your expectations shift. Well also have three check ins throughout the process to make sure were staying aligned so that by the time we get to an offer it feels clear fair and mutual.
