Our Opportunity

To support ongoing growth within Galintel we are seeking a Store Person / Forklift Driver / Loader-Unloader to join our Derrimut VIC operations. Reporting to the Site Supervisor or Warehouse Coordinator this full-time permanent role is hands-on and operationally focused supporting the safe and efficient movement of stock within our warehouse.

This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience forklift operation skills and a commitment to safety and accuracy who wants to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team.

Your Duties Will Include but Are Not Limited To

• Receive check and store incoming stock accurately

• Pick pack load and unload orders safely and efficiently

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with stock control activities

• Prepare dispatch dockets shipping documents and labelling

• Ensure damaged or short-stock items are reported immediately

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse and dispatch areas

• Operate forklifts and other hand tools safely and efficiently

• Assist in training new staff and develop skills to cover operational roles as required

• Follow WHS policies procedures and safe work instructions at all times

The Right Person

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Current Australian Forklift Licence

• Valid Australian Drivers Licence

• Warehouse/Logistics Certificate II or III (preferred)

• White Card and/or WHS certifications (preferred)

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

• Ability to communicate professionally and work collaboratively

• Commitment to safety quality and operational excellence

This role operates from 6:00am to 3:00pm with occasional overtime and offers a competitive remuneration package reflective of your skills and experience.
