WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative you will:

• Provide inbound customer support.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products pricing promotions and procedures
• Achieve specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills integrity knowledge and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative role include:

• High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

• The base salary range for this position is $16- $17/hr. plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location qualifications skills education experience and competencies.
