Job Summary
Location: Remote with frequent travel across Eastern Canada from Saskatchewan to New Brunswick.
Role snapshot
- Be the goto technical resource for beverage carton customers.
- Perform routine site visits; inspect cartons and packaging machines; verify performance.
- Deliver handson training on both carton handling and machine operation.
- Offer practical advice and assistance on all company solutions and services.
- Organize and execute assigned service activities to provide timely support while achieving productivity and utilization goals.
Partnering for results
- Communicate clearly with customers management and internal departments to ensure satisfaction.
- Facilitate learning for customer teams and our plant personnel on machine operation and carton performance.
