Job Description
OES Equipment part of the DPR Family of Companies is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industryseeking aTaxonomy QA/QC Admin. This is an in person and datadriven position that plays a critical role in the accuracy consistency and overall success of the Taxonomy team. This roleis responsible forsupporting the endtoend Taxonomy process by mapping creatingvalidating and researchingnew items with a strong focus on quality assurance and quality control.
The ideal candidate is highly detailoriented organized and comfortable working across multiple data platforms to ensure items are accurately classified andmaintainedthroughout all stages of the Taxonomy project.Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the QA/QC ofnew itemsfor the Taxonomy project.
- Focus on new vendors and items for the Taxonomy project.
- Review the items viaPowerBiSharepoint and/or Excel.
Responsible for research and ensure that items are mapped properly through all stages of the Taxonomy project.
Responsible to find research and resolveissuesas necessary.
Responsible to createnew itemsas necessary and update all Taxonomy files.
Be involved andparticipatein team meetings virtually or in person.
Additionalad-hocresponsibilitiesas necessary.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong organization skills and attention to details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Excel.
Experience with Microsoft platforms.
Education and Experience
Experience in the Construction Industry.
Experience with Construction related products.
Experience withinSmartsheets.
Experience withinRentalMan.
Physical Requirements
Full time in office expected.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds if needed.
