The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a qualified and trained Technology Transition Program Planning & Control Analyst for a role in an engineering support services program for U.S. Army customers at Aberdeen Proving Grounds MD. The Technology Transition Program Planning & Control Analyst is responsible for planning organizing securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives to bring about the successful completion of the CYBERTRON program goals and

objectives.

The CYBERTRON program delivers highly skilled engineering services to the U.S. Army C5ISR Center in their mission of cybersecurity research and development and cryptographic modernization.

Primary Responsibilities

- Responsible for planning organizing securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific technology project goals and objectives.

- Duties may include ensuring that assigned projects run within scope time and budget constraints. Interface with task and functional leaders subcontractors and support personnel as required.

- Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

- Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance

- Bachelors degree in business discipline with 4 years of relevant experience or Masters with 2 years of relevant experience..

- Appropriate DoD 8750 certification (Security or higher).

- Must have a full understanding of business concepts principles industry practices and standards.

- Able to communicate with internal and client project team members. Works to influence team members regarding solution design process and/or approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

- Eligible for TS / SCI

- Experience supporting Army programs

Pay Range $73450.00 - $132775.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
