Role Summary
A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual family and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week required
- Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week required
- Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: LMFT LPC LCSW - $45-$50/hour
- Compensation: Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - $60-$70/hour

Requirements
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
- Active unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) LCSW LMFT LPC or LPCC in California
- Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.)
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
