我们正在寻找一位宴会及会议统筹主管
As a Events Executive we rely on you to:
作为一名宴会及会议统筹主任你的主要工作职责为
- Follows the catering sales action plan related to the respective local catering market segments as outlined in the Marketing Plan.
- Handles all incoming leads as distributed by the Events Sales Manager and converts into confirmed business.
- Participates in all catering sales activities maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel to actively solicit sales leads through sales calls telemarketing client entertainment etc.
- Conducts site inspection and other sales activities such as prospecting calls and tracing to ensure high business conversion ratio.
- Closely monitor account revenue and production in specific area.
- Takes ownership in achieving personal catering goals set by the DOEM.
- Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible and follows the guidelines methods and tools as set by the hotel.
- 根据市场销售计划完成本地婚宴会议相关的行动计划
- 处理由会议销售经理分发的任务并转变为实际生意
- 参加所有会议销售活动维持酒店的市场高曝光率积极通过电话销售客户娱乐活动提升销售机会
- 安排现场检查及其他销售活动例如潜在客户电话及跟踪保证酒店业务
- 密切监控公司收益及特殊市场的产品
- 发挥个人能力完成会议销售总监指定的个人会议销售目标
根据酒店指导原则方法和工具最大限度升级销售机会
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人
- Good English Communication Skill
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the same position in international hotel
- Comprehensive knowledge and Experience of events sales
- 有英文沟通能力
- 有国际酒店同职位至少2年以上工作经验
- 全面的会议销售知识和资源
