The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.
Position title:SAP iXp Intern - CX OMS Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer
Location: Montreal Canada
Expected start date to end date: April 2026 - November 2026 (8 months)
- Collaborate with developers QA and infrastructure teams to diagnose build issues deployment failures and environment discrepancies.
- Create maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient builds tests and deployments.
- Write and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
- Build dashboards to collect and analyze operational metrics of applications.
- Research and prototype new tools or methods to enhance developer experience and improve delivery speed.
- Document runbooks deployment steps and operational procedures for knowledge sharing.
What Youll Bring
Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Recently graduated or pursuing (in final year) a masters or bachelors degree in software engineering or computer science.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies microservice architecture and Java programming.
- Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD concepts (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Groovy.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
- Knowledge of Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance as needed.

Due to the nature of the role which involves global interactions with SAP entities as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
