The Data Engineering Leadisresponsible fordesigning building andmaintainingthe organizations data infrastructure. This role ensures enterprise data is properly ingested transformedvalidated and delivered for analytics and decision-making.
The mission of the role is to create reliable scalable and trusted data pipelines that enable accurate reporting and confident business decisions. Key strategic priorities include leading enterprise Lakehouse implementation and migration modernizing data platforms and pipelines and establishing a high-quality data foundation to support dashboards advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design andmaintainenterprise data architecture includingNexus Circulars centralized datastrategy
- Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows
- Develop and optimize data transformations and models
- Ensure data quality consistency and reliability across systems
- Implement best practices for data engineering governance and performance
- Support analytics and reporting teams with clean structured data
- Integrate new data sources and systems into the enterprise platform
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Lead technical execution of advanced analytics and AI-enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degreerequired in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or related field
- Masters degree preferred in Data Science Analytics Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
- 8 years of professional data engineering experience
- Strong expertise in SQL and modern data platforms
- Proven experience building production-grade data pipelines
- Deep understanding of data modeling transformations and orchestration
- Experience implementing enterprise data architectures
- Working knowledge of database management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lakehousearchitecturesand large-scale migrations
- Background in manufacturing or operational data environments
- Familiarity with analytics tools and BI platforms
- Experience enabling AI/ML data workflows
