Job Summary
Kids R Kids Fort Mill is looking for driven and passionate individuals looking to positively impact childrens lives. As a part time teacher you will work with our infant toddlers pre-k students and/or after-schoolers.
As a family-owned and operated school Kids R Kids Learning Academy welcomes positive family involvement and encourages a parent-teacher approach where the needs of every child come first!
As a part time teacher at Kids R Kids Fort Mill you will be a part of a team culture responsible for developing and implementing daily curriculum for children in the classroom. Additionally you will be responsible for ensuring that the classroom is consistently a clean safe and positive environment.
Hours
Will be from 2:30pm-6:30pm
QualificationsandSkills:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have at least high school diploma or GED.
- College degree and/or relevant work experience preferred.
- Prior childcare experience in a state licensed facility is a plus
- Must have above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to react quickly with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Must work well with others.
- Must be flexible and adaptable in the workplace.
- Must have organization skills.
Responsibilities:
- Works with co-teachers and directors to establish and maintain clean and safe learning environment.
- Plans and consistently implements the curriculum activities that promote the childrens social emotional physical and cognitive development.
- Keeps accurate current records of each childs developmental milestones and progress.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with parents staff and visitors
- Maintains professional conduct when working with parents staff and visitors
