The School offers a BSW MSW (on-ground and online) and PhD in Social Work all guided by a deep commitment to anti-racist anti-oppressive approaches to education research and ResponsibilitiesProvide a learning environment welcoming to all in curriculum development assessment and compliance with GADE PhD students and coordinate the advancement to candidacy and dissertation and collaborate with fellow to PhD student recruitment efforts in partnership with Admissions and new student orientation and summer as a representative of the PhD program within SHU and the wider social work and represent SHU at the annual GADE an active research agenda aligned with the Schools instruction in the PhD and/or MSW programs on an as-needed basisQualificationsMSW from a CSWE-accredited program and a PhD in social work social welfare or a closely related of two years post-MSW social work practice commitment to anti-racist anti-oppressive pedagogy and of teaching excellence and potential for scholarly productivity including grant-funded with doctoral education CSWE and GADE standards and curricular experience and a strong commitment to collaboration and InstructionsApplications should include:Letter of interest (including a statement of research agenda)Curriculum vitaeStatement of teaching philosophyList of three professional references (letters will be required from final candidates)One peer-reviewed publication (as a sample of scholarship)Graduate transcripts (copies acceptable at this stage)Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
