UnityPoint Health is seeking an Executive Director of Philanthropy Operations & Finance to lead this work. The right leader will bring deep expertise in operations data and outcomes while honoring the foundation already in place. They will elevate best practices strengthen systemwide workflows and ensure markets have the insights and support needed to excel. - Lead system-wide philanthropy operations finance analytics and reporting
- Serve as a trusted partner to foundation market and system leaders
- Drive consistency financial rigor and meaningful KPIs across markets
- Strengthen processes tools and workflows while protecting team culture
- Build strong market relationships through collaboration and active listening
- Develop talent clarify roles and support long-term team sustainability
