The Engineering Manager is responsible for all technical aspects related to selling producing and supporting these products and their respective customers.

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements the typical estimated salary range for this position and location is $130000 - $140000/year depending on experience. Potential total compensation including annual bonus opportunity tied to company and individual performance ranges from $130000 - $155000 per year. No specific amount is guaranteed.
Job Duties
Design Engineering for Kent Fluid Power Sales and Repairs
Operations support for Kent Fluid Power
Connect with Branch Managers one-on-one at least monthly on current projects/needs
Manage Spencer Solutions Group
Schedule workload
Approve timecards
Hold weekly team meetings
Weekly one-on-one with team members
Provide technical support for Account Managers (may require travel)
Hold monthly product training with all Account Managers
Travel/Relocation
Travel is required and may take place on short notice. Permanent relocation will be evaluated and potentially required after 12 months of employment.
