Job Summary
- Bonus based on performance

- Apply customer payments (checks ACH wire credit cards) to the accounting system
- Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to general ledger
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues
- Maintain customer account records and ensure data accuracy
- Support month-end closing activities related to AR
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Associates or bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Service Titan)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP pivot tables preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments
