As a Development & Skills Coachyoullsupport learners across our campuses helping them build confidence strengthen essential life skills and progress into further studyapprenticeshipsor employment. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engagingPersonal Developmentwork readiness andenrichmentsessions

• Manage a caseload of learners supporting attendanceengagementand progression

• Facilitatecommunity projectsemployer links and wider enrichment activities

• Support students withUCAS guidancereferencesand employability pathways

• Monitor and track student engagement including those identified asAt Risk

• Develop fresh relevant and motivating resources to inspire learners

Whatyoullbring

• Strong communicationorganisationand interpersonal skills

• Experience delivering Personal Developmentemployabilityor enrichment programmes

• Ability to motivate and support young people from diverse backgrounds

• A positiveproactiveand studentcentred approach

• Level 2 English & Maths (or willingness to work towards)

• Teaching/training qualification (or willingness to achieve one)
