Job Summary

We are looking for someone to lead and manage the Customer Onboarding team for FCM within the EMEA region with overall responsibility for people leadership and workstack management for project management functions. This role drives efficiency in onboarding processes applies improvements to project management and works closely with the Technical Implementation Team Manager. The Team Manager is responsible for driving the overall global and EMEA strategy within the team managing resources to ensure lead time for allocation does not exceed 4 weeks and maintaining a high-level overview of current projects and escalation points.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in implementation/onboarding management or similar role - Essential
  • Previous people management experience - Essential
  • Online Booking took knowledge - Essential
  • Comprehensive understanding of onboarding and implementation processes - Essential
  • Proven success in previous roles - Essential
