Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking skills and willingness to speak up and share perspectives
- Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning and contributing ideas
- High level of organisation with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office and AI Copilot tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Education
- Currently pursuing a 2ndyear Masters degree in Compliance Law or a related field
- Fluency in English
- Ability to complete a 6-month internship starting September 2026
Responsibilities
- Working with business and Compliance partners to collect information and data supporting regulatory filings responses to regulators and regulatory implementation or remediation projects
- Enhancing and updating the teams SharePoint site and filing structure
- Supporting general Compliance team activities including preparation of materials for reviews audits and internal reporting
About the team
Moodys Compliance function operates globally to provide Compliance support guidance and
implementation to its business lines. This role is part of the EU Compliance advisory team who is
responsible for implementing and administering the companys internal Compliance program across the EU region and closely interacts with EMEA Compliance team located outside the EU as well as central Compliance functions primarily located in the UK and US.
