Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international team of great colleagues.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality talent acquisition services (recruitment and employer branding focus) for our units in Spain Portugal and Andorra. You will partner with hiring managers and P&C colleagues to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services that support KONEs current and future business needs and develop a positive employer brand.

Your responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand short and long term talent requirements and work with them to fill-in vacancies across different units

• Deliver talent acquisition services for various units across your region including e.g. employer branding actions candidate sourcing screening interviewing and assessments

• Participate into building talent pools for critical positions

• Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient effective and engaging for the candidates

• Work together with other talent acquisition professionals to develop recruitment practices and processes and to ensure local needs are covered in different development initiatives

What we would like to you have:

• 1 year experience in recruitment with collaborating with multiple stakeholders working in a customer focus and driven environment

• Strong service mind-set and need to support business can do attitude and positive thinking

• Excellent communications skills (with focus on listening skills) good influencing skills and ability to work in a global matrix organization

• Fluent in two languages: Spanish and English. Portuguese would be a plus.
