Golf eCommerce- Accounting Associate- Rolling Hills Golf Club
The Accounting Associate will play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations supporting financial accuracy across our eCommerce channels. This role works closely with operations and the fulfillment team to ensure smooth financial reporting and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record daily transactions including sales refunds and chargebacks across eCommerce platforms
- Reconcile bank accounts credit card statements and payment processors (Moneris PayPal etc.)
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Help manage inventory accounting and cost of goods sold
- Assist with sales tax tracking and compliance
- Identify discrepancies and support process improvements
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 13 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (eCommerce experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory-based or eCommerce businesses considered an asset.
