The Opportunity

We are actively recruiting aTreasury analyst for Worldline Belgium (NV. SA). On top of traditional Treasury activities (bank account and bank relation management hedging management of the cashpool monitoring of corporate payments and funding) the Treasury team is closely involved in the companys core business as it manages the dedicated bank accounts and funding setup for the payment activity of the addition to that you will participate and take ownership in treasury related projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage daily cash flows for all entities in scope ensuring sufficient funds for operations while maximizing the efficiency of financial resources.
Maintain strong relationships with Customer Support and the Operations teams to ensure seamless financial processes across departments.
Manage relationships with banks and financial partners coordinating service levels documentation and issue resolution.
Optimize the bank account structure managing the opening and closure of bank accounts and maintain appropriate signatory levels across all systems.
Oversee operational facilities such as overdrafts guarantee lines and loan contracts and monitor utilization and costs
Analyze FX exposures execute hedging in line with the group policy and monitor hedging effectiveness with regular reporting.
Develop maintain and enhance regular treasury reporting.
Document treasury processes and procedures; ensure alignment with group policies and drive periodic reviews and updates.
Coordinate and follow up on KYC/AML requests from banking partners.
Identify opportunities to streamline treasury workflows participate in or lead automation and digitization initiatives where possible.
Participate in or lead strategic financial projects as required.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

Masters degree in economics Finance or related; 35 years of experience in a relevant financial role within an international company; treasury knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of cards payment industry and international payments is an advantage.
You enjoy a job that balances operational recurring tasks with challenging long-term projects.
You want to develop a broad network of internal and external contacts and cooperation with international colleagues motivates you.
Youre a quick learner with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus under pressure in fast-paced environments you have excellent communication skills and you are a team player
You are fluent in English knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
IT skills: proficient in Microsoft Office SAP experience and knowledge of Kyriba is a plus
