Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for an 8-week assignment. The RN will provide specialized evidence-based care to neonatal patients while collaborating closely with families and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment excellent communication skills and the ability to provide culturally competent age-specific care in a fast-paced NICU environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized neonatal care
Provide family-centered culturally sensitive care
Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal stabilization as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate effectively with physicians respiratory therapists and care teams
Uphold professional standards aligned with the ANA Code of Ethics and state scope of practice

Required Qualifications

Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
BLS (American Heart Association)
NRP Certification
Demonstrated ability to provide age-specific and culturally competent care
