Job Title: Delivery & Warehouse Agent- Las Vegas Events Warehouse

Reports to:Operations Manager

Location:Las Vegas NV(On-site)

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery & Warehouse Agent to join our team in Las Vegas this role you will be responsible for delivering / picking up mobility equipment to the Hotel Resorts Convention/Events Centers and Casinos in and around the Las Vegas area and Warehouse duties in the Scootaround Events Warehouse. Additionally you will be providing onsite support at the Casino Convention Centers or the events being held at the Las Vegas Convection Center. If you enjoy hands-on work problem-solving and making a difference in peoples travel experiences this role is for you.

What That Actually Involves

• Provide excellent customer service to bothinternal teamsand external customers.
• Load and unload mobility equipment and supplies fromtruckstrailers.
• Deliver and pick up rented mobility equipment to cruise ships hotels convention centers resorts casinos and residences.
• Ensureevery unit meets safety functionality and show-quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting service and repaironmobility equipment.
• Sanitize equipment before and after each delivery.
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed including inventory organization and preparation.
• Complete all required paperwork fully and accurately.
• Ensure inventory management protocols are being followed in TrackAbout and Global Office.
• Follow all operational and safety protocols.
• Maintain returned equipment in clean show-quality condition for the next customer.
• Assist in other areas as needed or assigned

What You Will Need

• Experience with loading and unloading trucks and trailers includingdeliverydriving responsibilities.
• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.
• TWIC Card eligibility isa must ifyou do not have a TWIC Card we willassistyou in the application.
• Must be able to pass backgroundcheckand pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to work under pressure and in changing environmental conditions.
• Basic Computer and Microsoft knowledge required.
• Must have a flexible schedule to workavailabledays evenings and weekends.
• Weekendsavailability will be mandatory.

Additional Information

• Part time role: 20-28 hours per week

Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to sit walk and/or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend kneel squat crouch or reach to perform routine or business-related tasks frequently.

• Active participation in meetings is an essential function of this role. The employee must be able to consistently engage in scheduled huddles meeting and/or team discussions using various platforms as assigned by your manager
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks andshiftingpriorities with attention to detail and responsiveness.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.

• Onsite Work Requirements:

• Must follow all operational and safety procedures including traffic rules without any exception
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions and under pressure
• Must havevaliddriverslicenseand be able tooperatecompanyvehicleto deliver and collect equipment safely and efficiently.
  

• Technology Use:

• Ability to operate a computer phone and standard office equipment as needed.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn digital platforms for communication documentation and task management.
  

• Attendance and Time Commitment:

• Regular attendance is required for the shifts schedule assigned by reporting manager.
• Timely responsiveness and presence during scheduled meetings and operational check-ins are expected.
