Position Highlights:

• General surgical and cytopathology sign out

• Annual test volumes: Surgical Cytology Bone Marrow

• Strong interest in expanding hematopathology services including bone marrow case sign out lymphoma work up and flow cytometry

• Medical Director oversight of critical access regional hospital laboratories

• Excellent work hours with minimal call

• Opportunity for teaching Residents Medical Students and other health care students from the University of North Dakota

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Board certified / board eligible in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology

• Board certified / board eligible in Hematopathology subspecialty preferred

• Active North Dakota and Minnesota License or eligible to obtain

• Proficiency in general surgical pathology cytopathology ROSE and frozen sections with 2-3 years practicing experience preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
