Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to expand our team at our newly acquired partnership within an outstanding senior community in Janesville Wisconsin. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team full-time. PRN Opportunities available as well.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility strength balance and functional independence
Monitor residents responses to therapy and report progress to the supervising PT
Accurately document treatments and resident progress in compliance with regulations
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes
Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
Maintain a positive professional presence within the senior community

Qualifications & Attributes

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Wisconsin
Experience in skilled nursing assisted living or senior rehabilitation preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth

Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as Physical Therapy Assistant.
Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
